Events Strategy Approach

Our Event Strategy Service allows businesses and organizations of any size to reach event marketing goals. Here’s how it works:

Initial Strategy Session — Included at no charge
Upon the start of our time together, join Hello Social Co. for an initial Strategy Session, where we’ll get to know the ins and outs of your event, its goals, and learn about its target audience.

Examples of event strategy goals include, but aren't limited to: 

  • Reach a set number of virtual event participants
  • Raise awareness for a cause
  • Secure live event donations via an online platform

Strategy Execution
Your team will give us access to necessary social media accounts for the duration of your event and promotional campaign, where we'll post about the event, the vendors or entertainment participating, and highlight event sponsors. We'll also respond to comments and questions regarding the event on your accounts for the duration of the campaign.

Event Reporting
Following your event, you'll receive a report outlining our efforts on social media. For virtual events, we can also provide an event participation report.

Event Support
Our team typically assists yours the day of the event to engage with the live audience, expand the reach of the event by posting it in Groups and sharing with other relevant organizations, drive traffic to donations pages and more.

Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest

The Happy Valley Adventure Bureau and Sports and Entertainment Alliance approached Hello Social Co. with a brand-new event idea for 2024: The first-ever beer festival to be held in Beaver Stadium. Our team developed and executed a social media marketing strategy that helped bring more than 70 breweries and 3,000 guests to the first event.

Bellefonte Victorian Christmas

Each year, Hello Social Co. supports one of Bellefonte's biggest and most-anticipated events: Bellefonte Victorian Christmas. A celebration of the history and heritage of the town we call home, this event brings more than 10,000 visitors to the area annually. Our social media marketing efforts draw awareness to individual events and activities, showcase sponsors, and more.

Rooted Farmstead Summer Events

A sought-after destination for flower picking and unique events, Rooted Farmstead worked with the Hello Social Co. team to recruit vendors and market live events for a series starting in May and ending in October.

Live United Live

During two events in 2020, Hello Social Co. served as live event support for a virtual event on Facebook that raised money for the Centre County United Way. Thanks in part to the live engagement strategy, more than $30,000 was raised for the organization.
