Three easy ways to use video in your social media marketing

According to the American Marketing Association, By 2019, video content will be the driving factor behind 85% of search traffic in the U.S. Social media videos have become one of the most powerful and effective ways to market your brand online.

When you’re marketing your business online, you want to tell a story. What better way is there to tell a story than with a beautiful visual that is not only engaging, but preferred by users?

This article states that 4X as many consumers would prefer to watch a video about a product than to read about it.

Here are some of our favorite uses of social media video:

1. To create drama

Emotion sells. If your business is able to market itself using emotion, there’s no better way than by using video.

2. To have some fun

It’s not always about producing a high-quality and perfect video. Having fun with your videos can be effective if used properly.

We tested this on our own Instagram account this week with the promotion of our new business cards.

3. To promote your services
